    The Geek Squad agents were very polite and understanding of the problem. They suggested we purchase a fire stick and that should solve our issues.

    Solved my problems with remote controls

    Alex and Brendton came to reset my remotes and very, very patiently showed me how to use them. They also recommended more solutions to the problems I was having. I appreciate their patience as I'm a senior and NOT tech savy.

    I had an in home advisor help me with the A/V and appliances with my new custom house. From the beginning I have had problems with the WI-fi system throughout the house. It has been replaced once already. Most recently the Geek Squad troubleshooting appointment was arranged to hard wire as many devices as possible to reduce the strain on the WI-fi system. When the guys arrived, they didn't have the parts necessary to make these connections. They promised a return visit within a week, and it has now been two weeks or more and I can't get them to answer my texts (the pre-arranged method of communication). They are great guys, very knowledgeable and have been willing to work on my system in the past, but I fear that they are being overworked/stretched too thin and cannot complete my project so that it is working reasonably well and reliable.

    The Geek Squad agents came to troubleshoot Sony headphones that don’t transmit audio from the TV. They checked multiple cables & junctions; very knowledgeable & professional.

    Set up and connected Blu-ray player

    Set up new Sony Blu-ray player. Connected to Sony receiver and Samsung neoQLED TV. Also check audio video sync issues. Still have occasional sound picture sync issues. Geek Squad techs were friendly and helpful.

    The geek squad crew was fantastic. They corrected our issue with our tv and answered questions we had regarding our refrigerator and printer. A great friendly, knowledgeable crew with great customer service skills

    Geek Squad Always Has The Answers

    The agents checked the TV and found that there was nothing wrong with it. The problem is the lower end TV. We will upgrade to a better TV to eliminate the fading on the sides of the picture. They were very helpful in showing the functions of the remote and other features of the present TV.

    I had a lot of issues with my surround sound. Rommel Came in and did a few adjustments and it worked better and I did not need a new system. He had helped me set up my tv and sound system before and my appliances. Great job. Thank you

    Unexplained distortion of audio output. Manufacturers of new amplifier and audio distribution system unable to resolve on line in several attempts. Technician explored different connection scheme and resolved the issue.

    Chris arrived, reviewed the problem and continued to solve the problem. He also helped by advising me on several other minor issues. Chris was very helpful, courteous and professional. Should I have any other problems or issues in the future, I would not hesitate to ask for Chris.

    The sound bar fell off the wall

    The screws that held it on the wall came out and the sound bar was on the floor. They were originally installed with screws that were too small. He reinstalled it with larger screws and everything works as it should.

    The problem was fixed however the agents were not wearing anything that identified them as Geek Squad. Additionally, there van did not say Geek Squad. As a female that was alone, this was unnerving.
