    Unexplained distortion of audio output. Manufacturers of new amplifier and audio distribution system unable to resolve on line in several attempts. Technician explored different connection scheme and resolved the issue.

    The purchase was made simple and direct by the customer rep who explained all the features to me for all the different components. The geek squad came out and did their work professionally and efficiently. I am very pleased with my new Sony TV, AVR receiver, and Apple TV.

    Stephen from the Geek Squad did an excellent job setting up my devices. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He set it up to be user friendly and simple. Yes I would recommend the Geek Squad to set install and set up a home theater system. Best Buy Rocks!

    The sound bar fell off the wall

    The screws that held it on the wall came out and the sound bar was on the floor. They were originally installed with screws that were too small. He reinstalled it with larger screws and everything works as it should.

    Great help with setting up, testing, operation trng on new modern system. Also helped with computer IT issues (more complicated than originally expected). Excellent follow through.

    My tv was damaged during a move and I thought it would be covered by my total tech. I couldn’t seem to get a straight answer on the coverage til they connected me with geek quad. They were able to explain everything in clear terms.

    NA. Geek Squad had nothing to do with my TVs. Therefore the NA answer (not applicable ) if you do not know the meaning of "NA". The Geek Squad responded to my need for help with my computer. And he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable.

    He was very sharp and fixed our tech problem and also very willing to do anything asked to do. Be sure your techs know to wear or bring masks , especially when coming to Retirement Homes. We had one to give him. Very pleasant and patient. A top-notch employee!

    The Techs arrived on time and we could not duplicate my problem! Found out a few days later the problem was in Cable system, Spectrum tech came and replaced all my Lines/Cables...problem all gone!!
