Excellent on time service that was resolved ASAP! A

Agent was great but I have a problem with it taking 2 weeks for someone to come out just to figure out the problem then have to wait another 2 weeks to have it repaired. I canceled the repair

The tech hooked up my Sonos sound bar and got it squared away. He briefly showed me how to use it, but I still have no idea so I don’t do anything with it :). But the tech provided good service. He was actually early! He was personable and friendly. He seemed to have good knowledge of the product.

Geek Squad quickly fixed a soundbar that was not connecting to the TV. They listened to an issue I had and resolved it by selling and installing a Roku. My issue was that my older Smart TV would not allow access to Disney+ and Apple TV. The TV only allowed Netflix,Prime, and Hulu.

My CSR was very competent. I always have very good service with all the geek squad and am always happy to go. I always get above and beyond the service i request.

Agent came out to troubleshoot issues with my firestick remote.. The job ticket apparently had not include all the information that was needed to plan for the job, but the agent went above and beyond to ensure that the job was satisfactorily completed.

The geek squad came in to address an issue with our sound bar. He diagnosed what was wrong tried different things and used optical cord and fixed it. We did not have to buy new sound bar

The agent unmuted our soundbar, showed us how to navigate the stick, snd reconnected our Google Nest to the internet while he was here. What more can you ask for?*****!

Superb! It took them less than 15 minutes to find the issue and fix it; then they took the time to tell me how to do it myself if it occurs again. Priceless info.

Alex and Brendton came to reset my remotes and very, very patiently showed me how to use them. They also recommended more solutions to the problems I was having. I appreciate their patience as I'm a senior and NOT tech savy.

The geek squad crew was fantastic. They corrected our issue with our tv and answered questions we had regarding our refrigerator and printer. A great friendly, knowledgeable crew with great customer service skills

Excellent service. The agent that stopped over was vey knowledgeable and helpful. I wrote all his directions down so hopefully if I need to do it myself, I will have the notes!

The technician and showed me how to turn my television on because there ha been updated done and I wasn’t aware and didn’t know how to turn it on.

The agents couldn’t connect all devices to one remote.

The Techs arrived on time and we could not duplicate my problem! Found out a few days later the problem was in Cable system, Spectrum tech came and replaced all my Lines/Cables...problem all gone!!

Justin and his associate were GREAT! Was wonderful about following up on the issue and providing me with options. Can't say enough about his professionalism. The rest of the Best Buy and Geek Squad staff I'm sad to say, are not living up to expectations. There has been a severe problem with communication within your organization. Trying to get someone to call back has been virtually impossible. I needed to speak with someone directly at the store. I tried calling the store and kept being passed to the '800' number. I was told that I had to submit a request to have someone call back. I was also told that I would receive a call within 2-4 hours. It's been 4 business days. No response
