I recently purchased SONY 4K A95L flagship television so being a flat screen I thought I would need a soundbar so I went ahead and purchased SONY SA-RS5 rear speakers and their SA-SW5 subwoofer, honestly the speakers in this television are fantastic I did not need the sub or the rears they are that good, but I went ahead and kept them anyway for the rear sound being this is a flagship television I knew this was the last one I will buy so I went ahead and tried setting these speakers up I hung the SA-RS5 on the back wall and put the sub in between the two recliners and followed the instructions on set up I could not get them to connect to the tv, I tried for about a week and always had the same outcome they would not sync, so being I purchased them from BEST BUY and being I am a member of the total tech I had the geek squad come out and and they took care of my issue within a hour I have had them come out six times in 2023 and I will always be a member they have taken care of my desk top issues along with sound systems for being a member I saved around 600 dollars, THANK YOU GEEKS!

The deliverer installed the TV reasonably well, but provided less than needed for operating my devices. I had to call the Geek Squad. One came over to activate my wi-fi (which I thought was on, but wasn't) and hook me up to PC radio. He also connected to some of my favorate stations. I bought the receiver in part because it included PC radio. The Geek Squad person was skillful, patient and gave good direction. I am a full Geek Squad member, but do not know my number.

Well it was a "fake" appointment we set up so you guys could tell samsung my tv couldn't be repaired that we ultimate didn't need because you guys just exchanged the tv for me. So pretty unusual situation lol the best buy and geek squad girls i delt with in store were great though!

Agent was very helpful, though i was upset that the surround sound bar was acting up did to upgrades for the tv. Apparently when we purchased the surround sound, we were not advised to purchase a Samsung to match our tv and as upgrades Halen for the tv, the sound bar will not cooperate.

After they’re trying to correct the problem, they determined the best thing for us to do was to have AT&T send us another black box for us to get cable once again. I was very pleased with the service I got. I had bought a DVD player, and I needed to get it to work so I could watch a movie. Thanks to the help I got I was able to watch a movie I had wanted to see for months because it was not in theaters nor online. The movie was Johnny Depp movie Minamata which should have gotten much more exposure than it did because it dealt with the effects of mercury poisoning in Japan.

Austin was technically knowledgeable of our new Samsung TV and able to walk us through all of the set- up procedures that were totally frustrating. Especially the modern "mini" remote control. He also tested our Wi-Fi speed. Also, indicated that our replacement Samsung's remote could be used instead of the new mini which we opted to do. He is a good communicator, listening well and was able to address all of our concerns. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We recently purchased a 70" LG tv and absolutely love every feature a TV can offer. Recently I pushed the wrong button and wound up requiring Geek squad attention. Mr. Patino, a Squad tech, came to the rescue and in a short period of time his expertise returned our TV back to functionality. We are now back to enjoying our fabu;ouf LG TV. We salute Mr. Patino.

The agent worked on my system and determined that it was an older Spectrum cable box I was using that prevented the sound bar from working with my Samsung television. He recommended I exchange it for a newer cable box and explained the process for me to connect it.
I obtained a new cable box that same day and followed the instructions the agent gave me. The hookup was easy and the system is working great.

Installing team was fast, thorough, and committed. Follow up…another story. Get it right out front, because it is short of impossible to communicate with Iinstallers after. I had equipment issues, not installation problems….in the end, after 2 months, they did replace the faulty equipment, and made good.
