    Squad was friendly however were part one of a repair. There to address user error in set up which is understandable. They took their time to review and try to solve issue which was Sony TV connecting to wifi, what it does but has no internet. Have TV hard wired to router, not worth the hassle for me to take it off the wall mount, it’s a kitchen TV. Several Tube videos on issue , apparently not uncommon for Sony TV. Have had and will continue my Total tech membership.

    Geek Squad was very professional. The guy that came out was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to fix my issues. Also he was probable one of the most respectful people that has ever been in our house. Highly recommend him for any issues you might have with home audio.

    Unexplained distortion of audio output. Manufacturers of new amplifier and audio distribution system unable to resolve on line in several attempts. Technician explored different connection scheme and resolved the issue.

    telephone trouble-shooting is a waste of time--didn't know how to help--after talking to 8 agents was given 2 options--return tv for refund or make appt. for home help which I did--the geek squad that comes to your home really know what to do and fix it within 5 to 10 minutes. They are truly in the know.

    After 46 yrs of getting my TV via coaxial cable, I was having difficulty managing the maze of difference with my recently subscribed YouTubeTV. I am still pretty clumsy with many of the operations, but your representative was excellent in simplifying many of my problems.

    The sound bar fell off the wall

    The screws that held it on the wall came out and the sound bar was on the floor. They were originally installed with screws that were too small. He reinstalled it with larger screws and everything works as it should.

    I had a lot of issues with my surround sound. Rommel Came in and did a few adjustments and it worked better and I did not need a new system. He had helped me set up my tv and sound system before and my appliances. Great job. Thank you

    A technician that came out to fix my computer I did a tremendous job. He said everything up for me and being an older gentleman not very tech savvy I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend The geek squad and their Total protection program to anybody and everybody that would listen

    Set up and connected Blu-ray player

    Set up new Sony Blu-ray player. Connected to Sony receiver and Samsung neoQLED TV. Also check audio video sync issues. Still have occasional sound picture sync issues. Geek Squad techs were friendly and helpful.

    My technician from Geek squad was very good and fast put my receiver . He even set my remote put to geather so that could turn everything in one time.

    Troubleshoot and reconnected my home system

    The agent assessed the system issues, reconnected and updated my system and apps to working order after a power outage took out the connections - Best Buy Total pkg service is well worth having!
