    Jordan was excellent. He carefully tracked down and located the electronic component that was the problem, and spent time helping me to optimally relocate the remote control blasters. Moreover, he was courteous, friendly and more knowledgable than most of his counterparts.

    Geek squad saved us money

    The geek squad came in to address an issue with our sound bar. He diagnosed what was wrong tried different things and used optical cord and fixed it. We did not have to buy new sound bar

    Tech was very understanding of The problems I,m having with the new. Home sound bar. which I purchased last December 2022. The previous soundbar had the same problem as this one. The condition is in The TV, not the soundbar. The Tech informed Me that He would talk to the Store Manager about the TV replacement. Considering this is the 3x tech has been out and resetting the sound bar operations. Haven't heard back from anyone from the store or Manager since Early May 2023. Hopefully, now I will have a response from Best Buy on TV replacement.

    Eric was the perfect technician, as he replaced a frayed HDMI cable and detected a loose connector in the back of the TV. He was very professional and personable. He did a wonderful job and was friendly in the process.

    Greek Squad solves Cox contour update problem

    The agent check our connections, made a few changes to our TV settings, but the problem persisted. The agent confirmed that the TV connections/setup were correct and that our problem might be caused by our 10 yr old COX Contour box. Which I replaced and "The problem was Solved!"

    Set an appointment for a tech to come troubleshoot our home theatre. Diagnosed a bad HDMI port and said we’d need to replace the whole receiver. Didn’t suggest trying the TV on the second HDMI port which would have conclusively determined that was the problem. Looking at the receiver he recommended as a replacement and determined it’s completely underpowered for our system. He left us his card and told us to call him or text him back with questions and to potentially install the new receiver, but he doesn’t answer his texts and his phone rolls to vm, which is not set up so we cannot leave a message.

    The two guys that came did an awesome job!!! I had an old system almost 40 years old that had separate units. This all-in-one unit replaced my amplifier, tuner, and equalizer. The got it hooked up so it worked with all my equipment including the tv, DVD player, VHS player, and tape deck.

    Justus and his team did a great job on the installation on Feb. 10th. Immediately started having problems with the receiver we purchased. Even though we reported it immediately, they could not come out to replace it until March 17th, 2020.

    The Geek Squad did such a great job settling up our TV’s and Sonos Soundbar. Collin was outstanding and so friendly and helpful setting up our products. He’s so helpful. Teebow and Tyler were great helping on the setups.

    everyone I have dealt with from Adam, to the 2 installation teams I had, to Dillon, the Geek Squad tech, has been an above excellent experience. My sound bar needed to be re paired with the TV. Dillion was in & out of my house within 30 minutes. Everything is working fine!

    We recently changed t.v. providers and had multiple televisions and devices to set up. They have been amazing with all the help they have provided. The Geek Squad team has been extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and friendly.

    Squad was friendly however were part one of a repair. There to address user error in set up which is understandable. They took their time to review and try to solve issue which was Sony TV connecting to wifi, what it does but has no internet. Have TV hard wired to router, not worth the hassle for me to take it off the wall mount, it’s a kitchen TV. Several Tube videos on issue , apparently not uncommon for Sony TV. Have had and will continue my Total tech membership.
