    The Geek Squad techs came to help me with issues I was having with our new TV. They were able to help me with all the problems I was experiencing. They were very courteous, professional and very patience in helping me. I am not a tech savvy as they are and I appreciate everything they did for us.

    The Techs arrived on time and we could not duplicate my problem! Found out a few days later the problem was in Cable system, Spectrum tech came and replaced all my Lines/Cables...problem all gone!!

    The geek squad came in to address an issue with our sound bar. He diagnosed what was wrong tried different things and used optical cord and fixed it. We did not have to buy new sound bar

    Adam called in advance of the scheduled appointment to ensure my availability, showed up on time and correctly analyzed the fault. Unfortunately, corrective action required my presence on-site, which was not possible. Set a plan to revisit when I am available. Excellent service!

    The person did all the work I required, was also there to do other work and was very pleased with all the out comes. He stay as long as he had to make sure I was using the product right. He explain things that made it easy to understand. Took great care with all the items. Sold me only additional items I asked about and tried not to sell me more. Considered him honest.

    The technicians did a great job of troubleshooting our issue. But we didn't get any online receipt from Best Buy after the visit was completed. Also we would like the contact information of the Geek Squad techs that came out on the service call. Thank you, Larry Kligerman

    My tv was damaged during a move and I thought it would be covered by my total tech. I couldn’t seem to get a straight answer on the coverage til they connected me with geek quad. They were able to explain everything in clear terms.

    The two young gentlemen came to my home and worked diligently to no avail. Apparently, the problem cannot be resolved. Both the inhouse agents as well as these folks worked very hard but could not resolve the issue. "A" for effort on both fronts. ATTABOY guys.

    Squad was friendly however were part one of a repair. There to address user error in set up which is understandable. They took their time to review and try to solve issue which was Sony TV connecting to wifi, what it does but has no internet. Have TV hard wired to router, not worth the hassle for me to take it off the wall mount, it’s a kitchen TV. Several Tube videos on issue , apparently not uncommon for Sony TV. Have had and will continue my Total tech membership.

    The agent unmuted our soundbar, showed us how to navigate the stick, snd reconnected our Google Nest to the internet while he was here. What more can you ask for?*****!

    Geek Squad included all my electronics on the remote. I even have oldie electronics like VCR/DVD combo, CD player and cassette player plus all the new electronics and outside speakers and Apple TV. This was a major project and he did great. He also fixed another DVD/VCR player that was playing black and white. I would definitely reccomend Geek Squad

    Stephen from the Geek Squad did an excellent job setting up my devices. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He set it up to be user friendly and simple. Yes I would recommend the Geek Squad to set install and set up a home theater system. Best Buy Rocks!

    The purchase was made simple and direct by the customer rep who explained all the features to me for all the different components. The geek squad came out and did their work professionally and efficiently. I am very pleased with my new Sony TV, AVR receiver, and Apple TV.
