Great techs

I apparently had hit the input button by mistake changing the sound from tv to blue tooth. The men were polite and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Thank You!!

Geek Squad - continues to amaze me

Long story short, my equipment did not all come back up to par. I phoned Geek Squad and the operator notes were excellent to enable the team to help me at my home. They went above and beyond the call of duty when here, too.

They were polite, careful to wear shoe coverings and masks, and were knowledgeable. I am so glad that I signed up for the Total Tech program.

AirPod Pro Repair

First time I brought them in I was still having problems with them pairing up to my iPhone. I brought them in again & now they finally work as they should! Now I can enjoy using them again! Sonas system

The tech came out and fixed the problem pretty quickly as some of the commands had changed and we didn't know about them. Reset everything with our phones also.

Geek Squad trouble shots Govee dreamview lights

Sound Bar

Not too happy
