The two guys were great. There was no issue with the tv. It was my error with the Vizio sound bar. I apparently had hit the input button by mistake changing the sound from tv to blue tooth. The men were polite and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Thank You!!

I have been a member of GEEK SQUAD since the INCEPTION and every time I have a ISSUE with any of my BEST BUY PRODUCTS all I have to do is make a APPOINTMENT with GEEK SQUAD and my PRODUCT(S)are usually fixed.

I had a complete cable meltdown in my area for nearly 24 hours. Long story short, my equipment did not all come back up to par. I phoned Geek Squad and the operator notes were excellent to enable the team to help me at my home. They went above and beyond the call of duty when here, too.

without the agent's help we would have been lost among other things. He was very patience with us and explain what he did that we understood. I give him the highest marks you have.

I am so happy with my subscription to Total Tech. It saves me a lot of grief. Melissa is usually the tech that responds to the requests I make. She is so knowledgeable and has a most pleasing personality.

Excellent service for a complicated job. The technicians stuck with it and did an incredible job. They would get more stars if possible ! Also they were lovely and consummate professionals.

The Geek Squad agents were able to determine that the issue that I was having with my Television was caused by a faulty cable box and not the TV. They were polite, careful to wear shoe coverings and masks, and were knowledgeable. I am so glad that I signed up for the Total Tech program.

The technician and showed me how to turn my television on because there ha been updated done and I wasn’t aware and didn’t know how to turn it on.

I brought my AirPods Pros in for the 2nd time to the Geek Squad. First time I brought them in I was still having problems with them pairing up to my iPhone. I brought them in again & now they finally work as they should! Now I can enjoy using them again! Thanks Geek Squad!

Austin & Morgan were exceptional. We'd use them every time with any future problems we have with our system. Super friendly and very knowledgeable and at the end of the day successfully addressed our problem. 5 Stars!

We were having trouble with our Sonas system. The tech came out and fixed the problem pretty quickly as some of the commands had changed and we didn't know about them. Reset everything with our phones also.

Had trouble with Netflix, Geek Squad fixed it! No problems now!!!

The agent was not familiar with the Govee Dreamview lights i was having trouble with but he was able to work through the installation steps and got them working.

My printer was not connecting to the Wi fi, agent trouble shot and told me that my lap top was the problem. After he left, I somehow got it to work. I don't know how exactly.
