    Austin & Morgan were exceptional. We'd use them every time with any future problems we have with our system. Super friendly and very knowledgeable and at the end of the day successfully addressed our problem. 5 Stars!

    My iPad wasn’t connecting to my receiver. The rep came over the next day and checked that equipment was connected correctly and checked my iPad. The issue was minor but the rep handled it efficiently and quickly.

    Sony x85k less than a year screen went black called Geek said under Sony Warranty Geek had to come out to check then I had to call Sony they sent parts to local TV repair fixed.

    I have used the Geek Squad for years, with excellent results. With our home theater set-up, I noticed issues with the rear speakers, and could not sort it out. Matt (Geek Squad) came over, did a complete review, and after several adjustments, we are up and running again! He is coming back next week to set up our new streaming video hookups. Great job again.

    2 techs arrived from different companies to mount the TV. I wish the other tech had done the work. He had called the day before to maje contact and called to verify to request that morning. The technician that did the work kind of barged on in and got busy before I knew what was going on. He was unprofessional and left some remnants behind.

    Tech rep spent an hour or more with me trouble shooting my connection issue. Unfortunately we were not able to resolve the problem. I do appreciate the tech assistance in trouble shooting.

    Had to swap out a recently purchased malfunctioning sound bar. Leo showed up as scheduled, switched the units in a timely manner and was on his way. Thanks Leo! Also want to thank Dan V at Best Buy Appleton for his sales / inventory input!

    Two geek squad techs came and overhauled my TV VCR DVD player and they checked out my component system. They helped me understand how to look at a DVD or VHS tape. they found that my CD player no longer worked. I got a lot of information and help for my time. It was a good experience.

    Figured it out in less than 5 minutes, were very professional and courteous. They ran ahead of schedule. The soundbar was not staying on. It turns out that it had been turned off and they showed me what to do if it happened again.

    The two guys were great. There was no issue with the tv. It was my error with the Vizio sound bar. I apparently had hit the input button by mistake changing the sound from tv to blue tooth. The men were polite and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Thank You!!
