My iPad wasn’t connecting to my receiver. The rep came over the next day and checked that equipment was connected correctly and checked my iPad. The issue was minor but the rep handled it efficiently and quickly.

They were very thorough in checking every aspect of the sound system and fixing the problems. Also very patient and helpful in explaining issues to me. Great service.

A software update on our LG TV resulted in an inability for us to access our normal cable channels. The Geek Squad agent was able to quickly fix the problem.

My tech was awesome! The multiple timeframe is not a good idea for customers. There needs to be a shorter window in terms of communicating when they will be to the house. Apparently they were suppose to be earlier in morning but didn’t get there until later in day. It worked out fine

I like the old ones better. I wish they would keep it the same as it was before. I can not afford both.
