As a Total Tech customer through Magnolia, scheduling on the phone needs improvement. Otherwise, the Geek Squad techs who make home visits are always courteous, knowledgeable and patient in addressing equipment issues.

Angel and Jesse were professional, quick, courteous, answered all of our questions and concerns, arrive on a timely fashion, organized, friendly, cheerful and excellent service given. Want them back next time

They were very thorough in checking every aspect of the sound system and fixing the problems. Also very patient and helpful in explaining issues to me. Great service.

THE 2 TECH SERVICE REPS WERE ABLE TO TROUBLE SHOOT OUR HOME COMPUTER ROUTER ISSUES IN LESS THAN 35 MINUTES.

David was great! (3rd party tech company, hired by Best Buy) He resolved an installation issue that 2 other tech teams were unable to figure out. Also showed us much simpler ways to set up our apps on our new TV. Thanks David!

The agent found and fixed the problem I was having with my BRAVA and our CD player.

The agent assisted in the transition from Cable via streaming to a special streaming company. He was knowledgeable and very effective in teaching us how to use the new and different interface.

The Geek Squad agents removed my old 55" Pioneer TV from the wall mount, installed my new Samsung 65' QLED series, 80AA TV, connected all my devises, and conducted a quick session on operating my new TV.

Best Buy gives the kind of complete service I am looking for. Cradle to grave advice and help. I have used Total Tech, the store and the Geek Squad to get all my needs met. It's satisfying to be with one company who can supply all my electronic needs.

2 techs arrived from different companies to mount the TV. I wish the other tech had done the work. He had called the day before to maje contact and called to verify to request that morning. The technician that did the work kind of barged on in and got busy before I knew what was going on. He was unprofessional and left some remnants behind.

The agents arrived to reconnect my home theater but they had problems and they were young. So troubleshooting not as throughall as previous reps. They had to return the next day even I problems afterwards

Geek Squad has always helped me, but this event was cancelled. I had a very hard time canceling since they did not call me the night before and the store was not open until 10 a.m. A chat agent finally canceled for me due to the cancel button being greyed out. They showed up at the door and said he would also make sure it was cancelled. The problem turned out to be something unrepairable.

As much as they wanted to help me with my issue it was beyond their control! The tech who scheduled the appointment unfortunately wasn’t well versed in the scope of the repairs

The 2 women did a great job investigating my problem. Gave mrwhat i had to do which was to get an updated cable box. My concern was i never got a e-m report of what they did. They said there would be a # to call them back when i got the new box if i still had problems.

The agents connected my new TV and were spot on! I will call on them anytime I have an issue that I cannot figure out myself. Geek Squad was very helpful on the phone as well and was able to help me troubleshoot my problem and saved themselves a trip!

This agent was a fantastic help and very polite. He knowledgeable in entertainment systems and knew how to fix the issue

We had managed to foul up the settings on our new TV and consequently could not watch it. The techs came quickly, reprogrammed as needed, and explained patiently (once again) what we needed to do. Everything's fine now.

All of their techs have been courteous, polite and helpful/informative. The best thing is they do not make me feel like I am a dummy when it comes to technology
