    Bryan K. was our Geek Squad tech and he resolved our issue. He was very helpful and helped us to understand our issue and gave us great tips and help going forward. Very personable and easy to understand when we asked for clarification on certain technical issues.

    Brian O'Dell arrived on time and installed our new printer. He is an excellent technician who we have had previously providing other services. We have always had excellent service provided by Geek Squad. We highly recommend them.

    The agent setup my new Marantz receiver efficiently. He took the time to show us various ways of streaming music and recommended we use our ipad instead of our iphone. A great suggestion because it didn't tie up our phone if a call came in.

    Geek Squad synced up my printer and laptop.

    The agents were able to get my printer and computer synced up. They also responded to a couple of questions I had regarding my outdoor Blink security system. Both were extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable.

    Hooked up our Roku and antenna

    Logan hooked up our Roku and antenna. He is amazing. He explained to us how to use both and made sure we understood it. You are lucky to have such a great employee!

    Geek Squad quickly fixed our TV problem.

    A software update on our LG TV resulted in an inability for us to access our normal cable channels. The Geek Squad agent was able to quickly fix the problem.

    Our 75” Sony suddenly went dead. The tech explained that it would not be possible to fix it and why. It was actually refreshing that he was so honest and basically said it would not be worth it.

    The agent was very helpful in resolving our difficulties accessing the cameras on our laptops. The cameras were already installed but we were unable to access the pictures and he helped us get commected and able to see them.

    The agent (from Findlay, OH) found the problem and explain that the signal from the TV to the soundbar was a beam of light. The wire was kinked and therefore the light beam was interrupted. That happened during the original installation.

    The agent had a difficult problem to resolve due in part to another vendors hardware but he stuck with it even calling the other vendor’s tech support for assistance. He was very knowledgeable and polite.

    Tech was great I requested a non third party the first tech that arrived for the appt was awful. Combative and cocky couldn’t stop telling me what he could not do. Appt mess ups not his problem. Fire him.
