Fast printer, love the ink wells

The control buttons were a little confusing at first but now that we recognize the symbols it is easy to use. You need to use gloves to fill the inkwells and be careful when opening the bottles as the ink can splash. If you go slow there are no problems.

Geek tech found the problem in 5 minutes.

The wire was kinked and therefore the light beam was interrupted. That happened during the original installation.

Geek Squad Home Support was wonderful.

Lightning struck TV

No communication with customer

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is for the Myrtle Beach SC Best Buy Manager On July 4, we visited the store and spoke with an agent who helped us schedule what was described as a “survey call” to our home. We had attempted to purchase a universal remote control, but were informed that Best Buy did not carry it and could not order it. We were advised to buy it from Amazon instead, and that Geek Squad would need to conduct a home survey to assess our existing equipment for installation planning. The agent came to our home on July 12, documented all the necessary equipment, and told us we should expect to hear back within about a week. However, after a week and a half with no updates, we returned to the store to follow up. Unfortunately, no one there had any information regarding our installation. I left my name and phone number with Trevor at Geek Squad and was told the manager would contact me, but as of today, I have not received a call or any communication regarding the status of our installation or whether the work can even be done. Could someone please provide an update or let us know what the next steps are? L

Good service but lacked followup

Gave mrwhat i had to do which was to get an updated cable box. My concern was i never got a e-m report of what they did. They said there would be a # to call them back when i got the new box if i still had problems.

Great diagnosis

Resolved a couple with repairs and diagnosed others as blown equipment. We want Hector back when we replace the damaged equipment. Be sure he is booked to do the work!
