The Geek Squad solved our problem of a non-responsive Bose sound bar quickly and efficiently. Both men were respectful and pleasant.

TV affected by lightning. Replaced the board with the ports. Worked for a while then something else has gone wrong. Had a tech come out and they are ordering more parts for it.

I am not Tech savvy concerning setting up my Smart TV, however the Geek Squad is! The Geek Squad Tech arrived, masked up and within a matter of minutes, my Smart TV was programmed and the Geek Tech was on his way! The Tech was very professional and knowledgeable!

Agents were able to resolve on screen issues with newly installed Roku device and older VCR plus player. Made recommendations and provided advice for enhancing Home Theater enjoyment.

Once again, I screwed up the remote to my Harmony system. Jason re-synchronized it and took the time to explain how I could do it if I needed to again. They also sterilized anything they had touch while maintaining a safe social distancing. I was once again Impressed with the professionalism of the Geek Squad.

The agent was able to solve my problem with connecting an old vrc to the tv. we had to use an older tv that had the right recepticle . I wanted to see some tapes before I sent them out to be copied.

The guys did a great job getting everything set up for my wife. Everything worked just fine after they left and she is very pleased with the service. They helped her get logged into the apps she watches all the time.

Had a friend accidentally mess up the settings on my TV. With it being a new smart TV needed someone smarter than me to readjust the settings. Rep who showed up did so in stellar fashion and time.
