    Re- pairing sound bar to tv

    Our tech explained all she was doing to pair up our sound bar back to tv. She also had to re -pair our sonos speakers. She took her time and explained everything she was doing.

    Had problem with a Lip-Sync issue in the sound. Service tech fixed it by changes in the settings, and it only took about 10 minutes total time. This was an issue created by the fact that I had an installed LG Sounder.

    I wish I could remember the names of the two tech guys who came out to my place. They were really great. ‘Solved the problem in a quick minute, and asked me if there was anything else they could do or explain for me.

    the 3/22/24 service! the tv had not been completely installed correctly! this is what the Geek Squad service technician explained to me!

    The experience I had using Geek Squad was nothing short of fantastic! The agent showed up as promised listened to my problems and quickly went to work to solve them. Everything was done as asked.

    Although my tv wasn't repaired (Samsung factory defects) my geek squad guy made a valiant effort to figure out the issue. I give him an E for effort and for his excellent service!

    Tech tried to correct all my issues with sound system, but had no luck. Did streamline my remotes and made controlling electronics easier. Worth the money if you have lots of components remotely controlled. Could have done more if I was prepared to show him other products purchased I had connected yet.

    Geek Squap trouble shot my old surround sound syst

    Matt came over to trouble shoot the compatibility with my components. The surround receiver, turns out, is about 28 years old now. Matt wa able to get almost all of it working before we had company from out of town.Matt did a fantastic job and was so patient.

    Gave me insight as to why I have the problem. Didn’t offer any ways to solve the problem except purchasing newer equipment. Found possible work around on the internet that may help.

    I am impressed how quickly the Geek Squad was able to install my Ring home security system and how they were able to explain to me the basic operation of the Ring home security system.

    They did a super job and both identified the problem and created a workable work around that allows us time to think about a longer term solution, which will probably lead us to replace the tv we have. When we do, it will be with Best Buy,

    The guys that came were great. They fixed an old lady problem, something was unplugged. They didn’t make me feel stupid which I guess I am. I loved them both and I love my total tech membership
