Once again, I screwed up the remote to my Harmony system. Jason re-synchronized it and took the time to explain how I could do it if I needed to again. They also sterilized anything they had touch while maintaining a safe social distancing. I was once again Impressed with the professionalism of the Geek Squad.

The Agent troubleshoot my universal remote control and calibrated my Surround Sound system. Very Professional and knowledgeable

The agents mounte3d my TV on the existing mount and completed the initial set-up. I had to adjust upward the mounting of the sound bar below the TV so the wires wouldn't show.

Matt came over to trouble shoot the compatibility with my components. The surround receiver, turns out, is about 28 years old now. Matt wa able to get almost all of it working before we had company from out of town.Matt did a fantastic job and was so patient.

The agent removed the defective soundbar and replaced it with the new LG soundbar, everything is currently working and the agent gave me a few tips to consider with the soundbar

Agents mounted tv, sound bar and did all calibrations. Cleaned up as well from in wall wiring. I've made multiple use of my total tech services in home. Well worth the money. The guys are grest. Knowledgeable, courtious even fun

The guys went through the system and determined that the system needed a reset, it seems simple but its really not that simple but through their knowledge and experience the used the system install methods and worked their way thru it and found the issue.

Agents removed the AT&T receiver to I could return it. The system never worked after last December's installation so we took it off our charges.

He knew the problem quick to resolve then corrected the problem, best of all he kept me informed on the problem and as he removed the problem he kept me informed on what he was doing!!

The representative from Geek Squad was very polite and friendly, and tweaked some settings that we weren't aware of.

The technicians came out to see if speakers could be added with our Sonos system. They made a recommendation and helped us get them ordered and made an appointment for them to be set up

Agent helped me by syncing my 2 remotes after I had a problem when my Uverse receiver had to be replaced. He showed me how to reset my new TV if I should have any similar issues and answered my questions.

There was a power outage after a thunder storm. My tv with You tube tv service was not working. It was on but no reception. The wifi took some effort for them to get going.

Technicians arrived on time and solved my Home theater issue in a timely and professional manner in 20min. Being a "Total Tech" member pays off too as there was no charge for the service.

The talented gentlemen from the Danbury CT Geek Squad diagnosed my issue of my surround sound system with no output sound. My LED Sound Cable gone bad and they had a new one in their truck and quickly replaced it fixing the issue reported.

Ethan was EXCELLENT! Very prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Resolved our problem smoothly and quickly. He did not waste time and resolved the issue immediately. He knows his business.
