The three stars are for the overall experience with the people I spoke with over the phone, on the chat, and actual techs that came out. The two techs definitely hey 5 stars. The rest of the them get one. The people on the phones weren't helpful at all except for maybe one. They acted like they didn't want to help me and completely disregarded what I told them about the issue. The chat people were even worse. They scheduled the wrong thing twice.

The tech fixed the problem with the rear speakers on my entertainment system and installed my new turntable. He was very professional and knowledgeable. You can’t beat the Geek Squad!

The installation of ROKU on my 55 inch Samsung TV was super helpful. I am not a techie and the service provided by the geek squad is great. My wife, and I, are now able to maneuver through the electronic media choices with ease.

The agents mounts my TV, and suggested a stronger internet connection, which I purchased. That solved all issues both in the gazebo and in the house. I was happy for the advice.

The service visit was scheduled shortly after requesting it. The technician arrived early (and notified us he would be early), solved the problem, and taught us carefully how to remedy the problem if it recurs -- which it should not.

Tech tried to correct all my issues with sound system, but had no luck. Did streamline my remotes and made controlling electronics easier. Worth the money if you have lots of components remotely controlled. Could have done more if I was prepared to show him other products purchased I had connected yet.

My geek agent was very nice,courteous and friendly. Professional in all aspects. I'll definitely call again if needed.

It took the Geek Squad guy five minutes to fix/show me how to hook up a player to my internet radio, something neither the sales people nor the manufacturers could do in three months.

Very quick service. The service provider was on time and did an outstanding job of setting up the tv. Answered all of our questions.

This was a second visit, as the first time a “third party” was sent and they were completely unprofessional, no identification, knew absolutely nothing about the equipment I have. The two Geek Squad technicians that came to my home were very professional and took care of everything.

The Geek Squad Tech was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He immediately addressed my issue and schooled me on ways to resolve similar issues should they arise. I was extremely pleased with his service.

Geek squad is always pleasant and respectful! They always make certain I understand everything before they leave, and I will be able to cope with it in the future .

The agent's troubleshooting of issues with my home theatre was quick and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, identified its resolution and made several corrective recommendations keeping in mind the financial restraints. I was very happy with his findings and recommendations.

The Squad verified that a HDMI port was bad and took the necessary steps to get the tv up and running. Explained the warranty options. And then showed us some additional features we had not been using.
