First it was on 1/11/23. They came in and tested the tv. There were spots on the screen that didn’t go away. After the scan the one green dot I saw was gone. They set up an appointment to replace the board.

The agents mounte3d my TV on the existing mount and completed the initial set-up. I had to adjust upward the mounting of the sound bar below the TV so the wires wouldn't show.

I am not Tech savvy concerning setting up my Smart TV, however the Geek Squad is! The Geek Squad Tech arrived, masked up and within a matter of minutes, my Smart TV was programmed and the Geek Tech was on his way! The Tech was very professional and knowledgeable!
