The technicians came out to see if speakers could be added with our Sonos system. They made a recommendation and helped us get them ordered and made an appointment for them to be set up

Joshua was great, He listened to what my problem was with my sound system....then did trouble shooting tomake sure it was operating correctly.

Came on time. Courteous and efficient. Look at the product and came to the conclusion replacement was needed.

First it was on 1/11/23. They came in and tested the tv. There were spots on the screen that didn’t go away. After the scan the one green dot I saw was gone. They set up an appointment to replace the board.
