Agent helped me by syncing my 2 remotes after I had a problem when my Uverse receiver had to be replaced. He showed me how to reset my new TV if I should have any similar issues and answered my questions.

The agent helped getting the TV on line with the cable system and showed how I could fix the problem if it should happen again! This only took about ten minutes!

The agent treated my home just as he would treat his own! I have never seen aanyone pull out a levle to insure that the lock was perfectly square wiht the door.

Geek Squad has always helped me, but this event was cancelled. I had a very hard time canceling since they did not call me the night before and the store was not open until 10 a.m. A chat agent finally canceled for me due to the cancel button being greyed out. They showed up at the door and said he would also make sure it was cancelled. The problem turned out to be something unrepairable.

Came back to set up Tv / sound bar . They were patient , clean and professional. Tech stayed here until everything worked perfect and aligned everything perfectly . Great job

Agents mounted tv, sound bar and did all calibrations. Cleaned up as well from in wall wiring. I've made multiple use of my total tech services in home. Well worth the money. The guys are grest. Knowledgeable, courtious even fun

The geek squad agent for my tv knew what he was doing but he had to call the manager to get things rolling. The manager twice denied him which kept me from having a working tv
