    Setting up my eero mesh router

    Agent quickly set up my mesh router and put the satellite routers so I could get the maximum coverage. He ensured all of my devices were connected and set up the eero app on my iPhone and explained how to use it. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Definitely a satisfied customer. Ron

    Geek Squad always knowledgeable and efficient. Unfortunately I believe that turning off my soundbar caused me to loose the pairing to the rear channel speakers! I also learned that the same thing was true for the the pair of HomePod speakers that were paired to my iPad.

    The entire process that includes assessing problem with TV, selecting a new TV, and the installment on a stone wall has been very successful. Technicians were thorough and professional in my home as well as the sales staff in the store. Would definitely suggest utilizing their services.

    The agent corrected the wifi connection. We did not need two routers. We have had no issue since the spectrum router was removed. We only use the eeros.

    Was losing internet connection on tv geek squad came out unplugged the tv and router reset tv. Now when I lose internet connection I unplug tv and router and it resets

    the tech was very knowledgeable on home theater setup and trouble shooting. very clean and on time. the issue was a HDMI connection to my amp and they resovled this quickly.

    I needed the agents to troubleshoot my system - the components were not "talking to each other". They did a great job, gave me some advice and showed me a few hints to troubleshoot next time this happened.

    The agents came and readjusted the tv mount i had installed previously. They also troubleshooted and corrected my issue with my sound bar. They were very friendly, fast, and professional.

    I am always pleased with Best Buy. The associates seem to be very knowledgeable. I do have to return today for a double check on measurements, I purchased a microwave, but not positive on measurement's.

    Greetings, my experience with Geek Squad was top shelf, the guys were very prompt friendly service and very professional ( they definitely know there craft, they replace and resolved my issues in 25 minutes tops and yes I highly recommend them

    The agent was very nice and helpful, Unfortnately the adjustments made to the tv did not resolve the issues with the sound bar. we're thinking the problem is a compatability issue between the sound bar and tv.

    Our Geek Squad representative, Luke, was very helpful in sorting out our AV system problems. He spent extra time and patience to ensure that we understood everything he was doing and how we could duplicate it and maintain the desired performance. Friendly and professional - top notch. Easily the best Geek squad rep that we have dealt with.
