Joshua was great, He listened to what my problem was with my sound system....then did trouble shooting tomake sure it was operating correctly.

Needed to trouble shoot why sound bar would go mute for seconds then sound would come back on. Technician stated it was my cable box but my cable box wouldn’t shut down,

The agent corrected the wifi connection. We did not need two routers. We have had no issue since the spectrum router was removed. We only use the eeros.

They came out and give me advice on updating my sonos equipment from sonos one to sonos 2 and all the new speakers I bought they were very knowledgeable even informing me that I could still have both

The Geek Squad guys that came by were very knowledgeable and were able to correct the issue I was having quickly. They explained everything and left me with instructions.

Jessica was great. She got everything working very quickly and was super friendly. She explained everything that she did and even cleaned up the small amount of debris from messing with can speakers in ceiling.

I have had the Geek Squad out to install my new Sony OLED and Sonos soundbar and later to set up my Sonos Sub. In both cases the agents arrived on time, performed the required tasks and exited my residence with one happy customer.

I have had Geek Squad come tune my TV several times. I never can do it myself out of the box. They are always very helpful and make sure I can use the remote too!

The agent immediately knew how to solve the issue with my TV. She was knowledgeable, nice & helpful. She answered all my questions & showed me what to do in case that happens again.

Removed the old 65 inch LG flat screen TV and installed new OLED Samsung 65 inch flat screen. Connected my Samsung sound bar. Incredible vivid color and surround sound. Didn't know how much I was missing.

Theo and Caleb are excellent professionals. My new TV and "Apple TV" were delivered on time. They very professionally assembled the TV, Sound Bar, Apple TV and Comcast Cable Box. They answered all of my questions. And made sure I could comfortably use my "new TV features". They are a very valuable asset to your Geek Squad Team.

Arrived on time and did a great job. Went above and beyond to provide training and made sure we were up to speed on how to operate the control.

Geek squad always does an awesome job!!! They’ve hooked up my eero network to perform superbly and hooked up all my TVs and sound system. No complaints.

Geek squad installed multiple devices at my home very well. However, it is difficult getting appointment scheduled

My ISP has been on the struggle bus. Though, very appreciate of Geeksquad and in-store representatives (Micah & Miguel) doing everything they can to help schedule adjustments & products that work around the problems of my ISP.
