    They came out and give me advice on updating my sonos equipment from sonos one to sonos 2 and all the new speakers I bought they were very knowledgeable even informing me that I could still have both

    They came, I explained what was happening (an echo in the headset) and they said there was no solution to the issue. I will keep trying different headsets to see if I can get one to work.

    Jessica was great. She got everything working very quickly and was super friendly. She explained everything that she did and even cleaned up the small amount of debris from messing with can speakers in ceiling.

    The Geek Squad agent was able to get my speakers in my home theatre system working again. He also reset my receiver after I pressed the wrong buttons.

    The tech really couldnt do anything, so it wasnt his fault. He changed some settings on my tv, but nothing changed. My 3000 tv skips audio every few minutes. Just stops for a few seconds then comes back on. I also cant stand the fact that they give you a HUGE window. I cant miss an entire day of work for your 8 hour window just for the tech to show up at the end of the window. Get your crap together best buy.

    New Samsung OLED TV, WOW!

    Removed the old 65 inch LG flat screen TV and installed new OLED Samsung 65 inch flat screen. Connected my Samsung sound bar. Incredible vivid color and surround sound. Didn't know how much I was missing.
