    The tech really couldnt do anything, so it wasnt his fault. He changed some settings on my tv, but nothing changed. My 3000 tv skips audio every few minutes. Just stops for a few seconds then comes back on. I also cant stand the fact that they give you a HUGE window. I cant miss an entire day of work for your 8 hour window just for the tech to show up at the end of the window. Get your crap together best buy.

    After having 3 different techs out Antwon came out he did a few things then started checking the setting and found that somehow the settings were mixed up. So after making adjustments everything was working properly. Thank you Antwon.

    The Geek Squad agent was able to get my speakers in my home theatre system working again. He also reset my receiver after I pressed the wrong buttons.

    Troy was kind enough to give us his cell and came back the next day after the problem resurfaced. He came back with Andy who was able to resolve the issue! Very happy with the service.

    Kody, as always, did a great job installing the swivel TV stand and new LG TV in my bedroom. Kody is always professional, personable and obviously very competent at his job.

    Tony did a great job solving a variety of tech issues for us. He was very knowledgeable, flexible, and easy-going. He really seems to enjoy helping people. We enjoyed the time he spent with us and the results of his efforts.

    Tech fixed me up in no time. Too many things connected, updates happening to various devices, it can get very complicated to do your own troubleshooting and I’m grateful for geeks!

    Had problems with setup on a new TV. The guys from Geek Squad were able to take the time to re-boot everything and then spend time with me and my wife explaining the intricacies of the new 'Smart' TV.

    Geek squad came in and troubleshoot my ring doorbell. I did not understand how to make it remote and the geek squad did it and explained everything to me. I am very happy with the Geek squad. Will always be a total tech member!
