Alex and his assistant arrived when expected. Alex was well qualified to complete the job, was patient, explained the process, was professional yet very personable.

Phil analyzed the problem with my TV and gave me my options. I decided to purchase a new TV and Phil delivered it within a few hours. I could not be more pleased.

It was a very fine experience. Deshawn was knowledgeable and skilled, and he could get down to all the outlets -- but I think that $50.00 per light to automate is far too much a cost. I suggest $25.00 for each is much more fair,

The Geek Squad, Andrew got my front yard camera working and fixed our I phone & I pad. He explained how he did it and answered all of our questions. Andrew has help us many times and we will continue to call him when we have problems. He's great !
