We have had good Geek Squad technicians in the past but Armondo is your best employee at Best Buy. You should promote him to head of Geek Squad.

The agents were able to get our surround sound working again after changing a few settings. They also showed us new options on our TV. Prompt, great customer service, very friendly and very knowledgable.

Develin's trouble-shooting was excellent. Only one of our speakers in our ceiling worked. He installed a new Denon receiver and now all 5 speakers and our wolfer work perfectly. The system sounds great. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Excellent service, punctual arrival, thorough treatment. I believe the technician's name was Alberto. He patiently explained how to address the problem should it recur, which was helpful. He is an asset to the Best Buy team.

The agent evaluated our TV mounting and Recomended change to provide better utilization of our Amazon fire stick.

The agent linked my device to my tv and found the proper spot to mount the device for the best picture and explained operational.

They reprogrammed my universal remote so I wasn't having problems showing up on the TV and problems with the Zone2 in the audio system in my home. They were very knowledgeable and very patient with questions, etc.

I have an old Bose surround system. The Geek Squad made repair suggestions and then came back to install after repair. This saved me so much money and the sound is amazing!! I appreciate the tech's honesty about my existing system! Mike was the best!! I am so happy with the way Best Buy helped me out!!
