Geek Squad re-established my missing TV channels.

He re-established all connections with Wemo switches. He was cooperative and provided useful information to me to help.

Hisense TV - menu unreadable

We really are happy with our outcome and Scott was very, very knowledgeable. Salvador was our home advisor and he did an excellent job with coordinating and making sure that we were 100% satisfied. No communication with customer

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is for the Myrtle Beach SC Best Buy Manager On July 4, we visited the store and spoke with an agent who helped us schedule what was described as a “survey call” to our home. We had attempted to purchase a universal remote control, but were informed that Best Buy did not carry it and could not order it. We were advised to buy it from Amazon instead, and that Geek Squad would need to conduct a home survey to assess our existing equipment for installation planning. The agent came to our home on July 12, documented all the necessary equipment, and told us we should expect to hear back within about a week. However, after a week and a half with no updates, we returned to the store to follow up. Unfortunately, no one there had any information regarding our installation. I left my name and phone number with Trevor at Geek Squad and was told the manager would contact me, but as of today, I have not received a call or any communication regarding the status of our installation or whether the work can even be done. Could someone please provide an update or let us know what the next steps are? L

Got TV setting back for me.
