    I believe I reviewed this already but to reiterate, Best Buy/geek squad, provide excellent service. I had Tandy and Derek and they were both very knowledgeable and very professional.

    The installation of a meshed router was quickly done. The GS person consulted with us about our use our TVs and streaming. Give us a great result. GS person was curtious.

    Agent Gianni was on time and very patient with our questions and there were many. Techology is getting more and more difficult to manuever. Would certainly want this Geek Squad Agent to help us in the future!

    He did good . However the Direct TV app disappeared when I turned off the TV and I haven’t been able to get it back.

    Tony did a great job solving a variety of tech issues for us. He was very knowledgeable, flexible, and easy-going. He really seems to enjoy helping people. We enjoyed the time he spent with us and the results of his efforts.

    Geek squad came in and troubleshoot my ring doorbell. I did not understand how to make it remote and the geek squad did it and explained everything to me. I am very happy with the Geek squad. Will always be a total tech member!

    the agents mounted my tv and programmed it to pare with the fios remote. They forgot to tell me that I need a 4k cdmi cable in order to get 4k reception.

    EXCELLENT! On time; they even "narrowed" the time-period as it became closer. Also, technicians responded helpfully to any of my questions. (I'm 86 and usually have a lot of those)!
