The Geek Squad is great but your phone tech support is horrible. You have customer service people who are unknowledgeable, and have problems speaking and understanding English. I'm not happy.

For my first Geek Squad experience, they were awesome! Very detailed oriented. On time. Carefully sized up the situation and carefully resolved my needs. Got my total sound system up and running like a clock. Even assembled my two speaker stands like experts. Perfect. Would call them again for sure.

I wasn't able to get my surround sound working when I was streaming on the TV. Rich from the Geek Squad came out and solved my problem. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything so even I understood.

I try to do a computer check up monthly over my website. I always get quick service and computer is thoroughly checked. I get a report to verify the work was done and any issue solved.

Jesse, was the agent that came to my home to help with some issues with my new PC. He also hooked up my backup and setup a schedule for the backup of my files. He also explained some things so I could fully understand them.

The geek squad mounted my TV on the wall and programed my TV; gave us instructions; answered all my questions. Great complete service.

Had BB come out to install a new tv. They were very professional and did a great job programming the remote to operate additional components hooked up to the to. Also cleaned up after the install was completed. Spent time with us to show how to operate etcal

My internet went down and when I called the service they changed the WiFi name and password and I was unable to connect to the Internet.. I was unable to get them to fix the problem after 4 different tries. Geek Squad fixed it and reconnected all my devices quickly.

All tho not able to completely fix or problem, he did give me pointers on contacting our internet connection and troubleshooting pointers as well.

The agent immediately went to work and solved my problem with my Bose system. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about my system. Hats off to the Geek Squad..

Geek squad Jessi who was our tech for the install of Fios One.Jessi had every thing in place, up and running and he help us to understand the new Fios one. jessi also got my Sony 65" tv working with sound within 15 minutes. Jesse was a very good tech and very professional , A very good man!

The agent came over to assess my workout equipment but told me they don't do that and gave me recommendations. She was great. However, the intake people on the phone shouldn't have set up the appointment in the first place.

Diagnosed the problem and recommended we have Factory warranty handle the repair.
