The Geek Squad, Andrew got my front yard camera working and fixed our I phone & I pad. He explained how he did it and answered all of our questions. Andrew has help us many times and we will continue to call him when we have problems. He's great !

The crew of two came earlier than promised and quickly diagnosed the problem with the subwoofer. They recommended it should be replaced, which I did.

Excellent service, punctual arrival, thorough treatment. I believe the technician's name was Alberto. He patiently explained how to address the problem should it recur, which was helpful. He is an asset to the Best Buy team.

The young man stayed in touch about his arrival time. He was very nice, intelligent, and explained the problem. Channel 2-1 has since come back.

These guys are fantastic! They fixed the DVD player, hooked up my super fancy record player and got the dimmer for the HUE lights connected and working. Oh, and did I mention he found the little shelf holder thing that had fallen and fixed the shelf that was half falling in the entertainment cabinet. Couldn't be happier!

These guys and gals are a whole different world. I only wish I had 1/10 of the knowledge they have about electronics. I have been real happy with all of your service from my big screen T.V. Dishwasher, and my laptop computer. They know what's going on. Great job .

Although this was a minor problem that was fixed in a minute, I feel that this I could have been talk through the solution on the phone instead of of a service visit

The agent was patient with me in trying to understand how to use the stick. He made sure that I was able to use before he left.

The agents cleared up a complete mess we had with new Direct TV on two of our new LG tvs. These guys are genius and I highly recommend them!
