The Geek Squad representatives were very attentive, patient and detail oriented as they diagnosed issues and educated my wife and I how to maximize our sound system.

Excellent service. The issue was new to the Geeks, but they persisted until the sound bar functioned correctly. They even went over how to handle the issue should it occur again.

I've been using their services quite a bit lately. From buying a new TV and entertainment center. To some Christmas presents I bought for my mother. They make things a lot easier. And I appreciate all that they do!

Extensive work performed to assess a TV failure possibly related to a prior install, but discovered that the problem was a Samsung product / software failure (bluescreening).

Housekeeper came in and wiped down the entire big screen and sound system and messed up the controls. Geek squad came in within a couple days and saved the day for my home team football game.

Mike took away the JBL system that wasn’t working correctly and brought the Sonos speakers and installed them. He also took care of crediting my account and billing me for the new speakers.

The service was great the appointment was punctual but the overall experience was ruined because I never got a receipt or the final report. I've had to call the GEEK SQUAD 6 times and finally got to the right person who was going to email me what I needed. I hung up and 3 minutes later the email arrived only to be completely unreadable hieroglyphics. So starting my journey of 6 calls all over again... very frustrating as I paid for the annual Tech Assist program where I'm supposed to receive concierge service... this is not it.

Geek Squad came to trouble shoot a TV that the picture was to dark. They were very nice and knowledgeable. Was willing to help out in any way they could.

the agent made a small tweak in my setup and explained to me what I had not previously understood. It didn't take long, but it did take his expertise to correct the setup. Thank you Geek Squad
