Very informative and analyzed the problem quickly’

The geek squad techs were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Also, they took their time and explained everything as they did it and answered all my questions.

The tech fixed the sound bar issues and got everything working the way it was supposed to. I couldn't be more pleased.

I needed two items connected with my AV system and my universal remote programmed for the changes. They accomplished the assignment quickly, informed me of how the changes were reflected on the remote, and spent time making certain I knew how to use the changes. Excellent service.

Wonderful. Managed to troubleshoot the problem and not only got the back speakers working, but found where they can be adjusted so I now actually can hear what's coming out of them! Jen is wonderful. So is Wesley, who helped me set up the call.

The agent synced our remote to the soundbar but a few hours later his work didn’t last so we’re back at square one

The Geek Squad agent came to my home to troubleshoot my TV but not able to reset the TV. Apparently one or more of the boards could be the culprit. Anyway, he advised me on my options.

Bought a great quality monitor but did not realize I needed to purchase a camera and audio to make it work like my old monitor. the Geek Squad quickly set me on a path to get this fixed.

The crew of two came earlier than promised and quickly diagnosed the problem with the subwoofer. They recommended it should be replaced, which I did.

The agent did a great job organizing and improving our audio from our 82inch Samsung TV operation. The audio problem was resolved and his suggestions for operation saved us money!

The agent worked diligently to ensure that my sound bar was no longer functioning. Then he hooked up the audio to my TV so that I had sound.

They did everything possible for me to be able to get the Samsung TV plus channels on my Samsung frame when it’s hardwired, but for some reason it is not possible.
