The in-home trouble shooting service for my home theater was excellent. The sales representative was timely, knowledgeable, professional and also patient with me.

Mike took away the JBL system that wasn’t working correctly and brought the Sonos speakers and installed them. He also took care of crediting my account and billing me for the new speakers.

The agent came over to assess my workout equipment but told me they don't do that and gave me recommendations. She was great. However, the intake people on the phone shouldn't have set up the appointment in the first place.

Did a Very good job in the earphones for the tv sound. Now they will come back out to ensure the blue ray works with it

The Geek Squad repair guy that came out to repair our TV was very thorough on explaining things to myself and my wife is really great.

The agents corrected the voice over talking I had inadvertently activated and re-established connection with Directv remote that I prefer to use.

Having to call and reach someone over seas is a pain and most of the guys who showed up were lousy only a few which was the same guy was helpful and took his time as for the other guys who had to come out to my home to help with my Bose acted like they were in a hurry and didn’t seem interested in helping waste of money
