Tech helped us plan to set up "media" room. We want to completely redo our media set up. To include new TV & everything to go with it. We would like to work w/Danny. The tech who came to our house.

The agents corrected the voice over talking I had inadvertently activated and re-established connection with Directv remote that I prefer to use.

Oh my goodness! Geek Squad Service is the best thing ever!!! Our techs totally removed the stress of getting a new TV! They delivered, set up and then came back to teach us how to use the new remote without making us feel stupid.

Removed all the bloatware pre-loaded on HP computers, updated software and installed Chrome, installed anti-virus and transferred data from old Mac computer to new one. Plugged it in to review items with me when I picked it up. Easy to work with the agents and job well done.

The Geek Squad rep arrived on time. He fixed my sound problem and found a couple of other problems I did not know I had. A great job by him!!!!

They came out and fixed my surround sound. It was a minor issue but the gentleman was a little confused. He did have to call and get some guidance but everything went smooth.

I needed a repair person to verify the problem with my tv so that I could make a claim. They came out and saw the problem and provided documentation. Too bad I had to pay a service call fee. However, as a member of Geek Squad total tech I got the service for half price.

Everything was properly installed and connected to our internet wirelessly by Dan and his colleague. Nicely done. Dan even returned to troubleshoot some problems we encountered during our first "learning week" with all the new equipment.

Worked with the Geek Squad troubleshooting member. He was very good at step by step directions. We determined that the TV needed a Geek Squad member to fix it. However, I will be sending the TV back

Geek squad kept me informed of the time they would arrive and were on time. The service they performed was limited due to the nature of the problem. They explained the problem clearly and made a suggestion on how to mitigate the problem in the future.

As a total tech support member,i have used in home services several times.I am comfortable with my usual tech(s)and feel we have a good rapport and now i only have to give basic info on a problem with a custom setup that i have and he is now familiar with.This service is highly recommended
