    For my first Geek Squad experience, they were awesome! Very detailed oriented. On time. Carefully sized up the situation and carefully resolved my needs. Got my total sound system up and running like a clock. Even assembled my two speaker stands like experts. Perfect. Would call them again for sure.

    The tech was obviously well trained and knowledgeable but more importantly than that he was also highly experienced so he brought a wealth of knowledge to getting my system working again.

    Brittan was great!! We were told he was not with company anymore. I was surprised when I oped door and it was him. He fixed what we asked to be fixed for the most part. I forgot one thing. Next time!!!

    Helped mount TV. Still don't get 4K not sure what is going on. At this time I am not pursuing issue. Kind of figuring out since not getting out what i paid for,

    You know in this day and age, when ones modem goes down and restarting does not work, simply call Geek Squad!!!! Bren seems to solve the issue with professionalism and calm. And might I add, how quick the process was.

    Geek Squad is the best. Although I had unknowingly had been using the wrong wiring. They were nice enough to simply explain what, where and which had happened

    Geek squad Jessi who was our tech for the install of Fios One.Jessi had every thing in place, up and running and he help us to understand the new Fios one. jessi also got my Sony 65" tv working with sound within 15 minutes. Jesse was a very good tech and very professional , A very good man!

    Having to call and reach someone over seas is a pain and most of the guys who showed up were lousy only a few which was the same guy was helpful and took his time as for the other guys who had to come out to my home to help with my Bose acted like they were in a hurry and didn’t seem interested in helping waste of money

    The agents replaced the projector bulb and helped me get the universal remote working again. They also better aligned the projector for me.

    Everything was done professionally and was explained to me . I was told that my Verizon top box might be on its way out . The geek squad helped me out. They got it up and running. Thanks Geek Squad for helping me out with my receiver.
