The agent installed a soundbar & subwoofer to our living room tv. We drilled a whole into the built-in so no cords would show and he left a cord showing anyway

Netflix keeps losing connection or the tv keeps losing internet connection. It is aggravating to have to reset this. I've cleared the cache and I've reset the internet connection. Still the tv will not connect to Netflix at times. I wish I had known this.

The agent was really a nice guy, but! We got no instruction on how to make sure hius rix would work, and what o edo ifr it didn't. I suspect that to be because he recommended a new remote from the cable provider, but not I have problems again with the sound and I still don't know how to fix it.

Your Geek Squad reps (both on the phone and the in home service person) were very knowledgeable and helpful. They knew what they were doing and helped get my streaming network up and running. They took enough time to work out the issues and solved several problems which woud have stopped me cold.

We had a great experience. It ended up being a wifi issue and not a tv issue. The tech gave us a good lesson on the wifi and then showed us how make some app adjustments. He also advised us on how to boost the wifi
