    Worth the money. If you are a tech freak. They have backed any problems I have had. Techs were knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions.

    The Geek Squad did their best trouble shooting my sounder issue. Unfortunately the issue was resolved only temporarily. The sound bar continues to sporadically lose connection. Replacement seems to be our next option.

    Chris the Geek Squad agent installed ring camera

    Chris the geek Squad agent installed my ring camera and installed solar panels to both ringdoorbell cameras. Chris also checked my sideyard camera's SD card to make sure it was installed correctly.

    Home visit May 25th

    We thought the intent of the home-visit was to reset universal remote controller back to the default position. Presently the controller still requires user to manually clear the 'remote assistance page error' on the navigation screen. This error prevents usage of various apps/buttons until the assistance page error is cleared via the EXIT button. It works, but would like it reset to the default positions as presented upon initial set-up. This is Charlene's son, Cliff here typing this critique.

    The agent called the night before and was on time for his appointment. He then took care of the setting problem with Netflix on my tv.

    My samsung tv would not go to local channels even though they were downloaded. Only would go to Samsung plus channels

    Great Help with my new Home Theater System

    Tom came to my home to help me with my home theater system, He not only set it up right for me but explained every detail of the system in a way I could understand and now am able to get the sound I have always wanted

    Fantastic service! Although we are waiting for our tech to get back with us on the new Samsung TVs. Something about a new technology that took over Samsung Plasma. Hoping to hear back. No real big hurry. He was a great tech!

    Wonderful. Managed to troubleshoot the problem and not only got the back speakers working, but found where they can be adjusted so I now actually can hear what's coming out of them! Jen is wonderful. So is Wesley, who helped me set up the call.

    The agents were great and solved my problem in under two minutes. My question is; as a total tech member, why couldn’t someone have helped over the phone and saved me the $111.00? They didn’t even try. Just in a hurry to set an in home appointment. Why would I want to renew my total tech membership?

    The fix didn't hold, could not turn tv and spectrum back on after turning it off for the night am not able to access programming

    Sound Bar fixed

    Angel, Nate, and Mike fixed the sound bar and showed me how to fix it in the future. They also disabled something on my TV that had been causing me problems.

    I called them and they help with tv problem over the phone. Only oriblem was tge tv diesnt want to work correctly but in the day tv was sppose to cind it was fine.
