I needed two items connected with my AV system and my universal remote programmed for the changes. They accomplished the assignment quickly, informed me of how the changes were reflected on the remote, and spent time making certain I knew how to use the changes. Excellent service.

The agents troubleshooted our problem with our living room TV. The team handled this is a very professional manner and took time to explain and answered all our questions.

This is such a handy charger with both the USB-A AND the USB-C on the ends. So many places to use this charger and not have to have the "dongle" which I always misplace!

The tech that came out was great! Came on time with a heads up call. Had shoe covers to protect the floors. Worked hard to troubleshoot our issue and while he corrected our problem, he also had some other options to recommend to help make our system more efficient. great service overall

Geek Squad did troubleshooting on my home theater and gave advice on questions about an outdoor TV and internet mess system.

Couldn't get sound through my sound bar. All they had to do was resync the sound bar to the TV took about 20 minutes. I thank the guys from Geek Squad they were great,,,Thanks again

The agent tried his best to fix my TV. Although the TV is no longer operable, he was very helpful and gave good advice on quality TVs.
