Jason from geek squad figured out my issue very quickly & told me what I had to do & well as answered a bunch of other questions I had very quickly.

The agents showed up on time, then figured out and fixed the problem efficiently. And, explained to us what was wrong and how to make sure it didn’t happen again.

The Geek Squad installed a new universal remote the turns on all of my components through closed doors on the cabinet. It was a quick easy install and the technician really knew what he was doing.
