Both gentlemen who came last week were wonderful stayed with a difficult problems which they did resolve. So appreciate their knowledge, attitudes and pride in their work.

Jared did a great job understand what the problem was & quickly moved to a solution. He did a job explaining why it wasn't working & what was needed to get it fixed. He was very patient & took the time necessary so I knew what was going on. Great experience because of Jared.

Agents explained and showed me what my tv issues were and how to use my remote to address the issues I was having.

They came out and fixed my surround sound. It was a minor issue but the gentleman was a little confused. He did have to call and get some guidance but everything went smooth.

Worked with the Geek Squad troubleshooting member. He was very good at step by step directions. We determined that the TV needed a Geek Squad member to fix it. However, I will be sending the TV back

I purchased a Roku stick to replace my old Roku device that was over 10 years old. Then I could no longer receive any broadcast channels. Phone call with the Geek Squad did not help. I had to pay $100 to have the Geek Squad come to my home a couple of weeks later and they were able to restore my previous TV service. I was told an approximate time of arrival and they were very efficient for the short time they were here to solve my problem.
