    The Agent conducted a home diagnostic of our Sony TV and Directv app. They were able to detect the problem with the Sony TV Directv app processing. We had to purchase a Wifi dongle from Directv at our cost and personally install it.

    The Total Tech package I purchased last year was certainly worth the money. I purchased three TV's and they were expertly installed by the Best Buy team as well as my new wifi equipment also purchased at Best Buy. They even matched the price Amazon was selling the system for.

    Love the new TV, and there was more than expected to install it, however, the time went quickly. Geek Squad came out to better explain the remote, and two days later the sound went out. The Online Geek Squad was not able to fix it. We were unhappy to have to wait two weeks for an appointment, but when they came out the Geek Squad Tech, Rob, was able to find the cable problem and fix it rather quickly. We really like having the Geek Squad Support, but waiting two-weeks for an appointment is too long.

    The two Geek Squad members that came to my home were excellent. They found the connection issue within minutes of their arrival and had it fixed in 10 minutes. They were very polite, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I tried calling for service several times and got put on hold and no one ever answered. Finally had to come to the store to get help. But once the guys got to the house, they were great.

    Steve was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to properly rectify all issues on hand. Very appreciative. Offered the exact service I expect from BestBuy. And us an example of why I will continue coming to BeetBuy for my home needs.

    The Geek Squad solved my predicament

    The agents finally convinced top management that my Yamaha Aventage receiver was faulty. I spoke to the Dover, Delaware Best Buy General Manager that I would return the Yamaha receiver and upgrade to a Denon receiver by paying the difference. What a dramatic difference in performance.

    the agent set up my new fire tv cube with my home theater. Unfortunately I didn't know all the questions to ask and I am still having issues because I have q harmony remote which is now obsolete

    A new Bose soundbar was installed after the previous Bose soundbar purchased stopped working properly. The Geek Squad member who came to our home was very professional and did a nice neat job. He made sure that the soundbar was working.

    I was having problems with streaming. The agents arrived, assessed my situation and quickly fixed the problem. I was very impressed with their knowledge and ability. In addition I was impressed with the way they conducted themselves. They are an incredible asset to your company.

    Best Buy used to be the best place to get appliances and electronics but now it is absolutely awful and complete nightmare. I ordered all my kitchen appliances for my new build house. Everything was supposed to be delivered and installed yesterday. I get an email that they have no technician available to install my appliances. So I called and was assured they would deliver all the products and reschedule the installation. Only the refrigerator was delivered in the morning. I called again and spent an hour or more on the phone. I was told my microwave would be delivered and installed between noon-8PM so I wait around all day and no one shows up. I don’t even get a notification or phone call. I was able to get a hold of another person and told my dishwasher would be delivered next week and installed and my stove would not come until the 18th. Also we paid to have the installation. No one installed our refrigerator. The guys just dropped it off and left a huge gash in our door frame. So we only have a refrigerator and no other appliances for several weeks and have no idea when our over the stove microwave is coming. I am so disappointed with Best Buy!

    Geek Squad came to see if the expensive Sony TV i purchased in February 2021 could be brought back to life. It died about a month ago. It was determined that would be to expensive to repair. At least I wasn't charged for the visit.

    Bose receiver pedestal

    Two of the squad came to my home resolve why Bluetooth was not connecting to my Bose receiver. They determined the pedestal was defunct and had been for over a year. The Bose was only 4 years old and paid $500 for it. Unfortunately the squad could not fix the defunct pedestal (complaint to Bose quality) but the squad did a great job in troubleshooting.

    Your technician was very good at troubleshooting and explaining what the problem was. We were able to contact our satellite provider to request a replacement of our receiver. Once the new device was installed, we’ve experienced no more issues. Thanks to Geek Squad for figuring it out.

    The agent and his assistant arrived on time and went to work diagnosing my issue(s). They eventually came up with a solution which involved updating & resetting the TV and Receiver and showed me how they set the Receiver to the best setting for my Atmos system. The problem is, it re-occurred several days later, at least I know how to do the 'reset' and change the setting, but I seem to have an issue with the SONY receiver. Not the fault of the service guys, but I cannot be absolutely sure that the Receiver is the problem. I may have to swap out/trade up to a new receiver, hopefully I can get some credit for this unit when I do.
