    The agent was extremely patient and helpful in explaining the operation of the home theater system and its operation. I don't think I could have done it myself.

    When I couldn't figure out how to get the sound from the TV, the Geek Squad folks figured it out in about 5 minutes. I had been playing with the remotes for over an hour with no success. Thanks again!

    The agents came to my home by and figured out that the plug in my new TV was bad and made sure to get it fixed and hooked up another tv so I could have something to watch til they got my big one fixed

    The Wi-Fi connection on my smart tv stopped working but you were able to connect it with a cable, so crisis averted and I didn’t have to buy a new tv.

    Oh my goodness! Geek Squad Service is the best thing ever!!! Our techs totally removed the stress of getting a new TV! They delivered, set up and then came back to teach us how to use the new remote without making us feel stupid.
