The Geek Squad technician that came to my home was wonderful. He explained to me how to solve the problem in the future if it happens again. I am totally satisfied.

He was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and capable! No one else could figure it out except him and he did it fairly quickly. Thank you sooooo much

Dependability is the key. The squad is always on time, and if they are going to be a little late or need additional information, they call.

The agent installed updated wifi and helped us use apps on smart tv. Agent answered all our questions and was very patient with us.
