    While it was a bit pricey for the work that initially required, our rep went above and beyond and corrected the inefficiencies of our initial installation 4 years ago. Wish we had him then. Kudos!!!

    After having my computer hacked, the Geek Squad was able to make sure all was safe. It was a terrifying experience but they really are pro's at what they do!! Answered all my questions.

    Two agents, one was training, showed up. I told them the problem. The senior agent said what he thought it might be. He used the tv remote to make a couple adjustments and synced up the tv and Bose.

    The geek squad were excellent, solved my problem with ease. They were very professional from start to finish. I was very happy and satisfied with there service...thank Best Buy fir such a great service towards your customers.

    WONDERFUL SERVICE! THE GEEK SQUAD AGENT WAS ABLE TO WALK ME THRU THE FIX IN 5 MINUTES AT AT 6:15 IN THE MORNING. HIGHLY REMAND GEEK SQUADS TOTAL TECH SERVICE, WELL WORTH THE MONEY!

    The Geek Squad technician was able to connect my Audio-Technica turn table to my Sony receiver via Bluetooth. I could not make it work

    The agent was really a nice guy, but! We got no instruction on how to make sure hius rix would work, and what o edo ifr it didn't. I suspect that to be because he recommended a new remote from the cable provider, but not I have problems again with the sound and I still don't know how to fix it.

    The agents were great and solved my problem in under two minutes. My question is; as a total tech member, why couldn’t someone have helped over the phone and saved me the $111.00? They didn’t even try. Just in a hurry to set an in home appointment. Why would I want to renew my total tech membership?

    Geek Squad came to trouble shoot issues that I had with stereo receiver, Smart TV and home speakers. Geek Squad identified the real issue as being my cable service provider and my cable modem. Very helpful as replacing the modem fixed the problem. Thank you Geek Squad.
