    Geek Squad came to trouble shoot issues that I had with stereo receiver, Smart TV and home speakers. Geek Squad identified the real issue as being my cable service provider and my cable modem. Very helpful as replacing the modem fixed the problem. Thank you Geek Squad.

    Very helpful and considerate. Discussed options. I wanted an TV optical splitter— but Best Buy doesn’t sell them. The geek squad guy and I didn’t understand why.

    Customer service team at the store advised me the local geek squad could trouble shoot and offer repair to my product, IF i spent the in home fee of $130. Geek Squad showed up, wasnt even the right people to do the job of troubleshoot and repair. Blew in home fee for nothing. Like highway robbery. Now its been a fight for weeks to get it refunded after the geek squad guys that came to my house and agreed i needed the refund.

    Checked added Roku that was saying it was overheating. The also checked sounbar which was acting up.

    Sorry to say this but we're missing a Samsung S22 ultra after tge visit. My wife remebers it sitting on her desk. I'll let you know if we find it.

    Eric was here for several hours and reset our fire stick, etc. to help us get connections. Hooked us up with all of our apps. Helped us to streamline everything with a touch of a button.
