Two tech visits. Both visits were very good. The problems with my tv were perplexing, but quickly resolved. Each visit included two technicians who each contributed to the solution.

They had to resync my surround sound rear speakers to work again. Did this in about 20 minutes.

I like the service members of the Geek Squad. They are usually very knowledgeable and fix what you need fixing the first time out.
