The agent KYLE always does a fantastic service. Would always recommend him on the Geek Squad. The only bad thing was the wait of 2 plus weeks for him to be able to come.

Problem resolved. Repairperson was helpful by explaining possible reasons for the problem. He also explained what he was doing to solve the problem.

The agent checked all tv sets in our home and made a few adjustments which made the picture even better. We were very pleased with the courtesy and help we received.

Geek squad came to our house a second time to reach us how to use our remote. Our remote was totally messed up, and we couldn't use it. Now it works and they showed us how to use it. The remote had to be programmed and they did it.
