Agent came in to my home and identifued the problem in minutes and had it corrected almost immediately.

agent has installed a extension cord to my blue tooth head phone and ear plugs. I'am hard of hearing and now I could hear better and not disturb my neigbors.

Highly knowledgeable “geek” who explained why he was doing what he was doing. Things were great for a few hours, then the problem came back! ☹️

No sound, they checked everything but could not get the sound back. Told me it could be the main board. The sound worked when streaming but not for satellite. Didn’t make sense. They said to buy a new tv. Before the new tv arrived my wife just spoke into the remote “ back to tv” and presto it worked and saved us 3500. dollars. The guys were nice but need more training.

My Great Grandson enjoys this Oculus Headset game greatly. He meets friends with the connections and enjoys it to the fullest,
