The agent connected and set up my system and reviewed with me how to use it. Perfect. He called the day before to give me a more exact time, was on time, and efficient.

Really appreciate the geek squad trying to help with this issue. Everyone that has showed up has tried very hard and spent a lot of time trying to fix the situation. Unfortunately, we still can't figure out how to resolve. This 3 stars is more of a reflection on not being able to figure out what is wrong, not against their willingness to assist. Very frustrating all around.

My Geek got my internet up and running in a flash!! He was polite and courteous and very friendly. The Geek Squad is my "go to" for all my technology issues.
