We couldn't be happier. I would recommend Geek Squad to any of my family and friends. We pay for TotalTech Support for a year at a time and believe us , we would not be without it.

Awesome and quick service. They came in took care of the issue we had and left in under 20 minutes. Also should up as promised.

Seth Martzen set up my computer. He was GREAT!!!! He answered all of our questions. He was patient with me since I am not "techno savvy".Very professional. Very knowledgeable. I would bring him back any time and refer him to friends.

Oz did a very nice job of connecting my printer to the wi-fi. However, my printer died a month later and I had to buy a new one. :(

Service was great, However, the information to get a smaller optical cable was wrong. I visited your TV department and was told there is only one size.

Problem resolved. Repairperson was helpful by explaining possible reasons for the problem. He also explained what he was doing to solve the problem.

Really appreciate the geek squad trying to help with this issue. Everyone that has showed up has tried very hard and spent a lot of time trying to fix the situation. Unfortunately, we still can't figure out how to resolve. This 3 stars is more of a reflection on not being able to figure out what is wrong, not against their willingness to assist. Very frustrating all around.

They mounted our TV and explained everything the remote and how to access all the apps, etc. They did a great job!!

Figured out the issue with regards to connection between my Bose home theater system and TV quickly. Resolved the issue fast.
