    The agent came to the house in a timely fashion and worked speedily to calibrate our new TV. He explained features to me and answered my questions.

    I had a number things that weren’t working properly and these guys were excellent. The didn’t shortcut anything. They stayed with it until they identified and solved the problem.

    The appointment time was set for 12 hours, long time to wait for the service person to arrive. I feel that the wait time is excessive.

    Television was locked on a screen, plus we couldn't get wireless internet. They got it unlocked and determined that the television had a defective wireless card. Knowledgable, professional and helpful
