    The agents were great, the problem was the delay in service. When I bought the tv the lead time was three days. When I needed service it was two weeks. Had no living room tv and just had minor, but painful surgery which required several days recovery. A tv would have been nice. As it turned out, the remote needed to be reprogrammed, less than 15 minutes

    Wrong wiring in home theater

    During the service, more issues were identified. The wiring is wrong for the hiehgt speakers and surround sound spearker for over a year. I have not heard back when the next service will be scheduled and how will I get compensated for over one year of no center channel speaker access, one year of no subwoofer access and now wiring is also wrong.
