    I couldn't get my rear speakers to work on my home theater. Representative came to my home and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently...even left me with instructions on how to fix the problem if it happens again.

    They tried but I have a Smart Home and there is more to correcting the problem. It was temporarily fixed but the problem has returned. Not sure what to do next. They were very nice and did try to help but it was only temporary. I would recommend them for things that aren't Smart Home related.
