    Could not replicate my issue with the universal tv controller when techs where present but the shoes me how to use the help app to resolve power on issues.

    The Geek Squad rep installed a new front speaker and subwoofer in my home theater. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it efficiently. Could not have asked for a better rep or a getter job.

    Best Buy Doesn’t Care about Loyal Customer

    Yes I paid $999 dollars for a 5 year warranty I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer 15 years now. They did nothing to my tv said they were coming back yet no response.

    Mike was very nice...called ahead to give me time of arrival. He informed when Roku was installed last Jan, Shawn & his partner inadvertently didn’t connect 2 pcs in the correct computer device so I could play my dvd. Thank you.
