    The technician was very professional, arriving on time and communicating well. I have a complicated home AV set up, and he did a good job assessing what I had, and the steps need to correct the audio problem I was having.

    After 3 service calls to diagnose bad signal, problems were worse. I checked some areas & discovered antenna inputs improperly connected. One antenna input not connected & another input connected to an output. Very sloppy work, technicians all seemed in a hurry. I feel the money i spent was wasted. Very disappointed.

    The crew was on time, very neat. Mounted speaker to tv, on the wall, tested and adjusted. Very neat and clean. Highly recommend geek squad.

    A geek squad Squad member installed two new speakers to my sound system. A ladder was needed as the speakers were up high. The job was performed quickly and with no problems.
