Trouble shot non-functioning Firestick

Damaged sound bar.

Quickly disconnected from the TV and placed in the middle of the room. He did this without asking me if I wanted him to disconnect it. He then proceeded to say he happened to have a sound bar in his van that he could sell me. I felt intimidated by his sales pitch. This particular agent had been in my home before and I felt he was very knowledgeable. However, this time I felt intimidated.
