    Prior to a new Cox Contour box, I could turn on the tuner and television with 1 remote. After much trying to sync the system to 1 remote, the best the tech could do is turn on tuner and TV with one remote but need 2 remotes to turn off the tuner and TV.

    Geek Squader was polite, friendly, and solved the problem with TV reception quickly. He then checked out our other TV and computer connections, and offered advice on wi-fi connections. Much appreciated.
