Highly Professional Agents!

My new Sony Bravia installation, with overhead speakers and receiver now works just fine. Both agents were knowledgeable, courteous, professional and efficient.

Exceptional technicians

Zach told me he was going to send a technician that is very professional and excellent at what he does and he wasn’t kidding! Jeremy went above and beyond to explain everything and installed my first TV perfect then returned to redo an install that could have been complicated, with ease and left my room spotless. I hope Best Buy’s GM is aware of the talent on many levels he has in this three guys. Rolo, Zach and Jeremy. Zach answered calls during hurricane IAN while on a ladder in Fort Myers for my schedule! Jeremy… his daughter was in the ER while he was working! That goes beyond anything any employer would ever expect and most times receive from their employees! I commend their work ethics and hope they will be rewarded in some way as that’s not the norm.

Geek squad fixed my sound bar

Hats off to our Geek Squad TV installer!

Not only was the Geek Squad installer competent, he was also friendly and patient answering all of our questions. The rooms look great. He did a very professional job.

Geek Squad Saved Issues!

He took the extra time to hide all hook-up wiring and had the necessary upgrades to the cabling to maximize my pic quality. By checking my Home Theater receiver, we found a problem that I would have not figured out on my own. THANKS DUSTIN....WELL DONE!

Technicians were outstanding up my new tv.

Great employees

Nancy was the technician at the service center and she went above and beyond to figure out the problem. You are very lucky to have such a focused employee . I hope you will recognize her for the value she brings to Best Buy. We got to return the faulty sound bar and pick up a new one. The guy at the Geek Squad was great getting us a gift card. I believe it was Rob who helped us pick out a new one. He was so knowledgeable and nice. Another valuable employee! We would recommend Best Buy to anyone based on our last experience! Thank you.

Samsund 85Q

Took a little getting used to on navigating through the available choices on the remote but with any new device you have to spend some time with it. Great pic on TV, but the sound is below standard for a TV of this price range.

Reviving the Vintage

They got my vintage home projector running. They assessed the new part I needed and how we work it until they return. I am appreciative and thankful. I look forward to working with them again.

Migration successful

Being a DINOSAUR, the migration wasn't as easy as purported on websites. So I called the Geek Squad. Bottom Line is they got everything migrated and I'm in business. That Sid, they go so fast (kind of a good thing/bad thing) I'm not totally sure where to EASILY find my older files. I know they are on a massive hard drive I have but the detail of WHERE is often the harder question to answer. But they did it in a jiffy. I don't know how to solve the problem of communicating where the old files are on an external hard drive once a migration is complete. Some kind of diagram? Flow chart? Don't know but I'm pretty sure with non-tech folks the 'too fast' explanation of the solutions may not be as thorough as us dinosaurs require. It is indeed a tough nut to crack.
