Geek Squad - Good Medicine for Your Electronics

We’ve had the Geek Squad out a number of times, from installing new televisions, receivers and routers, to troubleshooting issues. We so appreciate them and their professionalism.

Geek Squad fixed my TV quickly.

Great employees

Nancy was the technician at the service center and she went above and beyond to figure out the problem. You are very lucky to have such a focused employee . I hope you will recognize her for the value she brings to Best Buy. We got to return the faulty sound bar and pick up a new one. The guy at the Geek Squad was great getting us a gift card. I believe it was Rob who helped us pick out a new one. He was so knowledgeable and nice. Another valuable employee! We would recommend Best Buy to anyone based on our last experience! Thank you.

Highly Recommend the Geek Squad

He was very knowledgeable,courteous & respectful of our home, I had purchased a Denon receiver so we could enjoy a set of Klipsch Forte 2 speakers & tie them into our Samsung TV. Dish Network had 2 different technicians & neither was able to get everything tied together. I also wanted to encourage anyone wanting an excellent receiver, I highly recommend the Denon! I had first purchased a Sony from Bestbuy which is was very disappointed with. Bestbuy were so helpful & suggested the Denon, gave a full credit on the Sony in exchange for the Denon. My wife and I have purchased all of our appliances and electronics from Bestbuy for years now & highly recommend them! An excellent company to do do business with!!

Best Geek Squad Agents ever

They completed their work in a business like manner and gave us complete instructions on how we should operate our equipment. Extremely satisfied with their work ethics.

Geek Squad got my wireless remote working perfectl

The initial set up was challenging so they rescheduled a follow up where they returned and got things working perfectly in no time.

Geek Squad trouble shooted my security camera

He quickly tested my solar panel and battery and was able to determine the cause of my problem. This allowed me to submit to my security company what needed to be done and they took care of the problem at no charge.

Successful Home Diagnostic!

We had to purchase a Wifi dongle from Directv at our cost and personally install it.

Buyer Beware! Shady business. Poor Service.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am saddened by the untimely death on an American legend-namely Best Buy customer service, I purchased a TV-and Geek Squad delivered a crushed box television. I didn't open it-thought it would be better for the to see how the TV was delivered, I called and said I wanted an exchange. Today Geek Squad PICKED UP the TV and informed me they did not have a TV on their order. I called customer service- the language barrier was awful. I have invested over 15 hours (12 hours in waiting for the delivery) only to have Best Buy tell me they would not give me a discount for my TV, nor could they honor the sale price of my original purchase. They were conciliatory about it being their fault -from the refund, and how much time I had to take off work to wait for the TV, and the 2 hours spent with CS. They never took responsibility for the box being crushed when it arrived. ( I have the pics to prove it).They wanted to resolve the issue by offering me a discount on a item AFTER I purchased the TV. I'm saddened by the poor quality of business practiced by Best Buy.

TV and Surround Sound are now working very well!

All our issues were professionally dealt with and our TV and surround sound system are working very well! He addressed our TV, our surround sound, and our DirecTV system to assure that all were well syncronized. Jeff also patiently answered all our questions.

They were efficient, knowledgeable, and performed in a friendly manner. We had a problem with the delivery date but Tech JD and Salesman David C immediately got the problem resolved.
