    Technician tried to connect a Yamaha receiver to Musicast app but were unsuccessful. They indicated that they would work with Yamaha to resolve problem but that was never done. I was left to my own resources. At least they did not charge me anything but I had to take the step to get my money refund through the supervisor which occurred seamlessly.

    Agent checked sound bar. He found that it could not be repaired. Quickly disconnected from the TV and placed in the middle of the room. He did this without asking me if I wanted him to disconnect it. He then proceeded to say he happened to have a sound bar in his van that he could sell me. I felt intimidated by his sales pitch. This particular agent had been in my home before and I felt he was very knowledgeable. However, this time I felt intimidated.
