Agent checked sound bar. He found that it could not be repaired. Quickly disconnected from the TV and placed in the middle of the room. He did this without asking me if I wanted him to disconnect it. He then proceeded to say he happened to have a sound bar in his van that he could sell me. I felt intimidated by his sales pitch. This particular agent had been in my home before and I felt he was very knowledgeable. However, this time I felt intimidated.

The technician determined the problem preventing me from using my Blue Ray DVD player. He should me which remote to use and how to use it.

These gents were very kind and professional. I would have hoped they had a higher level knowledge than they did. They seemed unsure of some of the things they told me - most especially about the Sonos system. But they were able to get one of the three TVs working and the printer is now online again, so I'm grateful.
