Eventually I sent the unit to Bose, and it was repaired. s

Wish the issues could have been resolved

Also I was told they only handled TV sets and equipment not computers or printers. Hmmm that didn't seem to be a problem with the men who installed our system from the beginning. Still having the same problems so an unfortunate waste of time.
