    Well the guys were great. They diagnosed my problem which was unfortunately a blown receiver, subwoofer & rear speaker. I feared the worst but they were very helpful on all the additional solutions available to me. They also mounted a large TV for my bedroom. Very efficient quality service.

    Your Geek technician was awesome! He was very knowledgeable,courteous & respectful of our home, I had purchased a Denon receiver so we could enjoy a set of Klipsch Forte 2 speakers & tie them into our Samsung TV. Dish Network had 2 different technicians & neither was able to get everything tied together. I also wanted to encourage anyone wanting an excellent receiver, I highly recommend the Denon! I had first purchased a Sony from Bestbuy which is was very disappointed with. Bestbuy were so helpful & suggested the Denon, gave a full credit on the Sony in exchange for the Denon. My wife and I have purchased all of our appliances and electronics from Bestbuy for years now & highly recommend them! An excellent company to do do business with!!

    I called to have the guys come out because our tv was going black sometimes during different shows. Seems like it was the fire stick glitching. We switched to Roku and so far tv is working fine.

    Total Tech is invaluable when you can’t figure out what’s going on with all your electronics. We’ve had the Geek Squad out a number of times, from installing new televisions, receivers and routers, to troubleshooting issues. We so appreciate them and their professionalism.

    After buying many cables to attach the monitor to my computer, we brought all of the cables, the monitor and the computer over to Best Buy for The Geek Squad to take a look. It took the Geek Squad personnel 10 minutes to fix the problem which was that the cables were not correct for that combination.

    I had to swap out my wireless remote that was previously set up by Geek Squad. The initial set up was challenging so they rescheduled a follow up where they returned and got things working perfectly in no time.

    This was not a "Home Theater Troubleshooting Service." I had a 3-year replacement plan on a printer and when it went out, BB wouldn't replace it until the Geeks came to my house and verified that it wasn't my network. They were here about 10 minutes - said nothing wrong with network. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was I had to wait about 2 weeks before they could get to me. Fortunately, I had a back-up printer. They did not suggest bringing it in (I would have) but from the chat encounter, I got the impression they thought it was a network problem.

    The agents were able to quickly troubleshoot my issues with my remote and sound system. Main problems were from me!! No more issues thanks to them
