We had two new TVs mounted, and they each had different inputs. Not only was the Geek Squad installer competent, he was also friendly and patient answering all of our questions. The rooms look great. He did a very professional job.

The agents were excellent!!! They hooked up my new LG TV and explained everything to me, so that I could enjoy all the applications, picture quality and they explained to me about how to get to different HDMI"s.

Purchased a new laptop. Needed the Geeks to transfer all of my stuff. I’ve had it two weeks now and it appears that everything I asked to be moved is here. They completed this work in a day, and I was able to pick it up, check to be sure my most important data and software had been transferred, and get home quickly for a meeting. It’s all good so far.

Geek Squad is a great deal. I believe $135 with the Best Buy membership. They came out and fixed the issue I was having with the sound bar and TV syncing. Awesome value for the money.

The Samsung 85Q that I purchased is a great TV. Took a little getting used to on navigating through the available choices on the remote but with any new device you have to spend some time with it. Great pic on TV, but the sound is below standard for a TV of this price range.

I called to have the guys come out because our tv was going black sometimes during different shows. Seems like it was the fire stick glitching. We switched to Roku and so far tv is working fine.

I needed assistance in migrating files from an old computer to a new one. Being a DINOSAUR, the migration wasn't as easy as purported on websites. So I called the Geek Squad. Bottom Line is they got everything migrated and I'm in business. That Sid, they go so fast (kind of a good thing/bad thing) I'm not totally sure where to EASILY find my older files. I know they are on a massive hard drive I have but the detail of WHERE is often the harder question to answer. But they did it in a jiffy. I don't know how to solve the problem of communicating where the old files are on an external hard drive once a migration is complete. Some kind of diagram? Flow chart? Don't know but I'm pretty sure with non-tech folks the 'too fast' explanation of the solutions may not be as thorough as us dinosaurs require. It is indeed a tough nut to crack.

Dustin, my Geek Squad home agent, came and set my new Samsung 55" TV perfectly. He took the extra time to hide all hook-up wiring and had the necessary upgrades to the cabling to maximize my pic quality. By checking my Home Theater receiver, we found a problem that I would have not figured out on my own. THANKS DUSTIN....WELL DONE!

The service man did an excellent job at my home working on my internet for my television ! It got it working perfectly and I can't thank him enough for his quality and knowledge of fixing problems !

The young woman agent was very knowledgeable and fixed the connection problem with my smart TV. She updated the program which made the TV work better. She did a great job .

Your Geek technician was awesome! He was very knowledgeable,courteous & respectful of our home, I had purchased a Denon receiver so we could enjoy a set of Klipsch Forte 2 speakers & tie them into our Samsung TV. Dish Network had 2 different technicians & neither was able to get everything tied together. I also wanted to encourage anyone wanting an excellent receiver, I highly recommend the Denon! I had first purchased a Sony from Bestbuy which is was very disappointed with. Bestbuy were so helpful & suggested the Denon, gave a full credit on the Sony in exchange for the Denon. My wife and I have purchased all of our appliances and electronics from Bestbuy for years now & highly recommend them! An excellent company to do do business with!!
