    Tech came and diagnosed what he thought was the problem. Wires to all the speakers checked out fine with no issues. Tech thought my receiver was starting to go bad.

    The in home service is great the tech was knowledgeable and professional. The call in tech support is awfull, poor English, therefore unable to understand and resolve the problem.
